About this project
Tenants go through a short, guided check that confirms who they are and how they've rented before, so landlords can say yes faster. Agents choose a plan, see exactly how many tenant checks they have left, and upgrade when they need more. Listing photos upload first time, without the size errors that used to get in the way.
We rebuilt the verification journey from start to finish, tested it thoroughly on a private copy of the site, and switched it on for everyone in one go with no downtime. The platform is protected and watched around the clock.
